• Support in the development of decision papers for investors and customers with regard to process configurations, business models | business plans, realization periods, implementation strategies, risk analyses, cost estimates
• Project development support and appropriate project setup
  • Preparation of tender documents
  • Contract management across all project phases and technical disciplines
  • Development | adaptation of necessary project execution procedures
  • Provision of consulting services “around the project”
• Project realization
  • Project management (support) for investors and operating companies incl. comprehensive project controlling (e.g. progress | costs | schedule)
  • Development, analysis and updating of project time schedules
  • Technical coordination | engineering management with regard to the assessment of technical solutions and / or the provision of engineering services in cooperation with competent partners for various technical disciplines
