As Project Competence Center GmbH (PCC GmbH), we are your partner for the successful development and realization of international industrial plant construction projects.

PCC GmbH is the result of merging several experts active in plant construction projects with the aim of combining existing project-specific knowledge and the individual experience gained over 25+ years in engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, plant operation and all functions of project management in order to offer this know-how to investors, operating companies and plant construction companies in its entirety.

The founders of PCC GmbH are the companies PROLYNX GbR Project & Management Support and its subsidiary IPS GmbH as well as Visions & Missions, Dipl.-Ing. Holger Bretschneider.

Thanks our experience in realization of international industrial plant construction projects for decades, PCC GmbH has access to a network of professional partners.

Our experts consider themselves as an interface between the investors or (future) operating companies and the engineering and construction companies involved in the project realization.

The organizational framework for such interface represents the “Project Management Office” (PMO), which takes over complex administrative, technical and commercial project tasks on behalf of the respective customer. Additionally, the PMO team will advice both, the investor or operating company and also the companies involved with the engineering and construction to ensure their professional and respectful collaboration.

PCC GmbH’s establishment goes hand in hand with a multi-year cooperation with TotalEnergies Raffinerie Mitteldeutschland GmbH (TRM) regarding the joint realization of investment projects at TRM’s crude oil refinery complex in Leuna, Germany, where PCC GmbH provides the PMO team.
